You can tell how good a company is when something goes wrong. I received my belt and it was an absolute cracker. However I was a bit optimistic with my sizing and the belt was a bit short at one end. So I contacted Beltup and got a swift response telling me an exchange was no problem. They gave me instructions on how to exchange the belt which was simple and hassle free. Store owner replied: Hi Gary, Sorry to hear that we stuffed up your buckle. That is totally on us. I will send you out the antique silver buckle and keepers ASAP. You will just need a screw driver to undo the old hardware and swap them over. No need to send the polished hardware back. Consider it our gift to you and hopefully it will come in handy one day to have both options available. :-) As for the wallet chain... I think it will surprise you. They are pretty robust. As per our sizing chart, the general rule is: if you wear a size 34" pants you need a 36" belt. We also strongly suggest that for a more accurate measurement you should measure your waist.
