Please note that this guarantee is limited to the functionality of the belt. It does not cover aesthetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

How to Make a Claim

If your Aussie Made belt or Ratchet belt fails to function as intended, due to a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer service team orders@beltuponline.com.au. Provide your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue, and we will work with you to repair or replace your belt at no additional cost.
